Kosovo; the Mufti; 1389 A.D.; Tito; Milosevic; a primer on Kosovar jihad.

Blonde Sagacity has posted a few questions about Kosovo's new independence. I made a few comments at her blog which I liked so much, I repeat them here. This post is a primer on the history of the Kosovo conflict and how it fits into global jihad.

The area that is now Bosnia, Kosovo, Serbia etc. was invaded and conquered by the Moslems in the 14th century. Many of the residents were forcibly converted to Islam (much like the former Christian countries of Syria, Egypt and Turkey and the formerly Hindu region of India that is now Pakistan).

Some of the moslem portions of Yugoslavia were allied with the Nazis during WWII, as evidenced by photos of Arafat's uncle reviewing SS troops in Bosnia. When the former Yugoslavia broke up after the death of Tito in the 1980's, the moslem majorities in Kosovo began persecuting the Christian minorities (kind of like Sudan, Lebanon, northern India (now Pakistan) in the 1940's, etc.).

This was another example of Islam pushing its borders outward from the middle east and into Europe. Al Qaeda assisted the Kosovar muslims during our involvement in 1999. We were, de facto, allied with Al Qaeda (and other moslems) in that war. Now we have another moslem country in Europe. The MSM/DNC refuses to explain this conflict in terms of the jihadi implications for all of Europe. Kosovo is now one more launching pad for Islam into Europe as Europe moves toward "Eurabia."

Here are some links -

Here is an article summarizing the current problems in Kosovo.

The end of this article mentions Al Qaeda presence in Kosovo and Bosnia in 2001.

Here is an article on the Al Qaeda - KLA alliance during the 1999 war.

Here is a lengthy post on Islam's conquest of northern India (Pakistan) and current efforts to conquer India.

Arafat's "uncle" and Hitler.

Here is some background on Bosnian muslims allied with the Nazis against the rest of the Yugoslavians in the 1940's.

Eurabia.

History of the moslem conquest of Kosovo - 1389 A.D.

As you can see, this problem predates Slobodan Milosevic by about 600 years. The MSM has distracted us from the jihadi threat by focusing on a modern individual - much like they distract us from the War on Terror by demonizing BushCheneyHalliburtonDiebold. If you get lost in the trees, you will never see the jihadi forest. Look at any map of the middle east and the surrounding regions. You will see jihad and islam spreading into southern Russia, Europe, Africa, Asia, the Indian and Pacific Oceans, etc. In each of those places, one can find "bad" people that stand in the jihadis' way and who can be demonized so that we never see the forest.

In 1999, I fully supported the war - not knowing that Kosovo was only a small part of a global problem that had been growing since 600 A.D. Ever since 2001, I have stopped thinking that way.

Islam's European expansion continues from its Kosovar foothold.

It was predictable that the Kosovo war would not be resolved merely because Bill Clinton declared victory 9 years ago, a declaration that was accepted by a compliant MSM/DNC. As you may recall, Kosovo was the war in which U.S. troops were sent by President Clinton to fight on the same side as Al Qaeda so that muslims could retain control of a patch of Europe. Even though we "won" the war, the fate of Kosovo (and much of the surrounding region) remains in doubt, as the following Washington Times' commentary on the Serbian election points out:
"Resolving Kosovo's final status" has been an intentionally vague diplomatic phrase for the process of determining if Kosovo will become a separate nation, remain part of Serbia or linger as a U.N.-EU-NATO protectorate. Serbs, other Balkan Slavs and a few Greeks fear a fourth possibility: an independent Kosovo will encourage Albanian ethnic radicals who dream of Greater Albania. After taking Kosovo, irredentist Albanian zealots will demand slices of Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece's Epirus Province and Serbia's Presevo Valley.

H/T E-Ramblings

In the above quote, translate "Albanian ethnic radicals" to mean "muslims."

Al Zarqawi; Ho Chi Minh; the War on Al Qaeda

The MSM/DNC's favorite subject is Vietnam. The MSM/DNC will forever compare every war to Vietnam (unless that war is, itself, contrary to U.S. interests - like Bill Clinton's alliance with Kosovar muslims against the Serbian people). MSM/DNC has made it a fundamental strategy in its War on the War on Terror to say "Vietnam" at every opportunity.

But another difference has now emerged between Vietnam and the War on Terror. With all of its apparent expertise in Vietnam, the least the MSM/DNC could do is mention the fact that U.S. troops never killed Ho Chi Minh during the Vietnam war (Ho died of natural causes in 1969). But last week, as the MSM/DNC was forced to admit, U.S. forces killed Al Zarqawi.

Killing Al Zarqawi is not as good as killing Osama bin Laden. [Then again, the U.S. didn't kill Mao or Brezhnev during the Vietnam war]. But now Zarqawi cannot be praised by MSM/DNC historians as the man who "outfought" the United States - or the man who would have brought Jefferson style democracy to Iraq if only we had let him - or any other Ho-style sycophancy.

Zarqawi's death points out another crucial fact about this war. In Iraq, we are fighting Al Qaeda. We are no longer fighting Saddam Hussein. Hussein is in prison. Al Qaeda threatens to take over Iraq, just like they recently took over Somalia. Al Qaeda is the organization that knocked down the twin towers (and numerous other buildings in the immediate vicinity). The longer we stay in Iraq, the more Al Qaeda we kill. Those who urge immediate pullout from Iraq are demanding a retreat in the face of Al Qaeda.

Their surrender mentality is masked only by the passage of nearly five years since 9-11. Had Murtha, Kerry, etc. demanded retreat on September 12, 2001, they would have been marginalized immediately. Instead, they waited a few years and hid behind the fog created by years of MSM/DNC nitpicking and misdirection.

In order to clear the fog, just remember 2 things.

(1) Al Qaeda destroyed the World Trade Center complex.

(2) We fight Al Qaeda now in Iraq.

The Gaza Pullout; Dr. Fred Schwarz

As I hear the news reports regarding the Gaza pullout and read the various blog posts debating the pros and cons, I can't help but remember the words of Dr. Fred Schwarz, who wrote "You Can Trust the Communists" in 1960. [I really had to dig through the old boxes to find this one]:
The Communists believe they are at war with us. This conviction will never be changed in the slightest degree by any action of the Free World. If, tomorrow, the leaders of the Free Nations were to accede to every demand made by the Communist leaders, if they were to neutralize every Strategic Air Command base, if they were to grant the demands on Germany, if they were to neutralize Formosa, if they were to recognize Red China and admit it to the United Nations, if the United States were to withdraw every serviceman and weapon within the borders of continental United States, the Communists would merely believe they had won massive victories in the class war. A step towards our final conquest and destruction would have been taken. We must either recognize this and defend against it, or ignore it and be destroyed. We have no other choice.
pp. 5,6

For those who cannot connect the dots (e.g. those who rely on the MSM/DNC and the late night comedians for news), insert the word "Islamists" in place of "Communists" in the previous quote. Imagine, instead of the concessions listed by Schwarz, the following concessions:
- Pullout of all Western troops from all Muslim and Mideast countries;
- The demolition of all non-Muslim churches in those countries;
- Abandonment of Israel (a second diaspora) by all Israelis;
- Abandonment of all immigration restrictions by Western countries;
- Abandonment of all territorial claims on Kashmir by India;
- Russian pullout from Chechnya;
- Forced emigration of all Sudanese Christians;
- etc. etc.

Does any one who is not an MSM/DNC hack imagine that the Islamists would abandon their war of conquest if we followed the above list? Would Islamic immigration in the West cease? Would Islamists stop attempting to impose Shari'a law around the world? Would Islamists cease to regard us as infidels? Would Eurabia become a thing of the past instead of the nightmare of tomorrow? Would the Islamists stop persecuting Buddhists in southeast Asia or Christians in Africa?

Remember that Bill Clinton helped the Albanian muslims and their Al Qaeda allies reconquer Kosovo in 1999. Kosovo is a much bigger prize than Gaza by virtue of its geographical location near the gateway between the Mideast and Europe. How did Al Qaeda repay the West? Did they become peace loving? Did they negotiate? I think we all know the answer to that question.

The Gaza pullout will not make the Islamists in the mideast more peaceful or more willing to accept negotiated settlements. They are merely one step closer to victory. The only ones who do not know this fact are the Western leaders and those who rely on the MSM/DNC for news and commentary.
