Juanita Broaddrick 30th anniversary

I believe that yesterday was the 30th anniversary of the day that Bill Clinton raped Juanita Broaddrick in the Camelot Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas.

I knew that it happened in 1978, but I am relying on this freerepublic post for the date.

Almost as disturbing as the actual crime was the media blackout of this story that occurred after an NBC reporter filmed an interview with Ms. Broaddrick in 1999. NBC and the rest of the MSM/DNC suppressed the story until after Bill Clinton had survived his impeachment trial.

It is amazing the amount of Clinton criminal activity the MSM/DNC was willing to ignore and cover up before it had an Obama to promote in the Clintons' place.

Quote of the day - Thomas Sowell [Barack Hussein Obama]

While Hillary Clinton tells lies, Barack Obama is himself a lie. That is becoming painfully apparent with each new revelation of how drastically his carefully crafted image this election year contrasts with what he has actually been saying and doing for many years.

Pennsylvania Election Coverage - 2008

Voter turnout today appeared to be low.

On the Republican ballot for President, the listed candidates were McCain, Huckabee and Ron Paul. Paul is campaigning hard and has volunteers at the polls.

Numerous local races are at stake as well as unopposed primaries for PA Attorney General.

------------------------------------------------

8:50 P.M. - after early (@ 8:00 P.M.) reports that the election was too close to call, NBC has declared Hillary the winner in the Democratic primary. That didn't take long.

---------------------------------------------

8:56 P.M. - Tim Russert and Brian Williams are making the case that it doesn't matter because Hillary can't win anyway.

-------------------------------------------------

8:59 P.M. - With one percent of the precincts reporting, Hillary is leading by 20 points. McCain is leading Paul by a somewhat larger margin.

-------------------

9:02 - CBS has called the election for Clinton also. ABC is showing a commercial.

-------------------

9:06 - with 5% reporting, Hillary's lead has shrunk to 53-47.

--------------------------------
9:21 - Hillary is holding at 52-48 with 13% reporting.

In the past, in PA, the urban areas have reported first, with the rural areas reporting last.
----------------------------------
9:29 - In Harrisburg, the Obama supporter is losing his race for State Representative by 59 - 41.
-----------------------------------------
9:41 - With 18% reporting, Hillary is back to 54 - 46.
------------------------------------------------------
9:57 - With 42% reporting, Hillary's lead is 55 - 45.
---------------------------------------------------------
Michelle Malkin posts updates.
------------------------------------
10:21 - 66% reporting - 54 - 46.
---------------------------------------
11:02 - 79% reporting - 55 - 45.

This result can be interpreted as a defeat for Bob Casey and his handlers.

-----------------------------------------

WGAL-TV reports that Hillary won numerous counties around Pittsburgh by 2-1 or greater margins. Hillary won Allegheny county by 10 points. Obama won few counties. Obama won Dauphin County (Harrisburg) and Lancaster. Obama's supporter in the State House race near Harrisburg (Singleton) has narrowed the gap but is projected to lose. The commentators have provided no explanation for Obama winning the central part of the state. Maybe the presence of so many state employees played some role.
-------------------------------------------

4-23-08 7:00 A.M.

Matt Lauer's teleprompter reports a 10 point victory for Hillary. It also reported that the "cash started pouring in a little bit. . . " after yesterday's victory. Tim Russert will now give us our opinion . . . .
------------------------------------------------
It appears that Obama's coattail effect was limited. Despite Obama's victory in Harrisburg, Obama's supporter (Singleton) narrowly lost a House race.

Treason

Liberal Quicksand nails the real issue:
I’m not only questioning their mental health or ability to think and learn, I am flat out telling you that Democrat voters are traitors to this nation. I am not just questioning their patriotism. I am saying they are enemies of this nation. Pure and simple.

I explained one aspect of this pathological treason - MSM/DNC war coverage - here.

Here is the MSM/DNC pro-Castro discussion.

MSM/DNC coverage of Vietnam.

Miscellaneous quotes here, here, here and here.

MSM/DNC coverage of Iraq.

"Useful Idiots" (as explained by a Soviet defector).

Plus much more.

Rio De Janeiro gun control massacre - one year anniversary

With all of the talk of yesterday's one year anniversary of the Ismail Ax murders at Virginia Tech, the MSM/DNC seems to have forgotten about another anniversary.

Today is the one year anniversary of what I call the "Rio De Janeiro Gun Control Massacre," in which 19 people were gunned down despite Brazil's draconian gun control laws.

Read last year's story, in which I provided details of the gun control laws as well as the police department's fear of being outgunned by heavily armed criminals. This is the utopia envisioned by our own gun control advocates.

Quote of the day - Ann Coulter

It is an article of faith with the Democrats that they must fool Americans by simulating agreement with normal people. The winner of the Democratic primary is always the candidate who does the best impersonation of an American.

But then, after all their hard work making believe they're into NASCAR and God, some Democrat invariably slips and lets us know it's all a big fake-out. They're like a gay guy trying to act straight who accidentally refers to Brad Pitt as "yummy!"

Obama's anthropologist background; Ann Dunham; Anthropology; Spengler

B. Hussein Obama's comments on Pennsylvania small towns were predictable. Even though you have seen them many times, I repeat them here so that I can find them later:
You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.
h/t Politico

But these comments should come as no surprise. Obama's background provided fertile soil for the contempt that he has displayed. Obama was raised partially by an anthropologist mother who made a career of studying primitive subjects and marrying extreme leftist husbands.

"Spengler" at Asia Times provided insight nearly two months ago into B. Hussein Obama's anthropoligist mentality:
Barack Obama is a clever fellow who imbibed hatred of America with his mother's milk, but worked his way up the elite ladder of education and career. He shares the resentment of Muslims against the encroachment of American culture, although not their religion. He has the empathetic skill set of an anthropologist who lives with his subjects, learns their language, and elicits their hopes and fears while remaining at emotional distance. That is, he is the political equivalent of a sociopath. The difference is that he is practicing not on a primitive tribe but on the population of the United States.

There is nothing mysterious about Obama's methods. "A demagogue tries to sound as stupid as his audience so that they will think they are as clever as he is," wrote Karl Krauss. Americans are the world's biggest suckers, and laugh at this weakness in their popular culture. Listening to Obama speak, Sinclair Lewis' cynical tent-revivalist Elmer Gantry comes to mind, or, even better, Tyrone Power's portrayal of a carnival mentalist in the 1947 film noire Nightmare Alley. The latter is available for instant viewing at Netflix, and highly recommended as an antidote to having felt uplifted by an Obama speech.

America has the great misfortune to have encountered Obama at the peak of his powers at its worst moment of vulnerability in a generation. With malice aforethought, he has sought out their sore point.

Read it all.

Quote of the day - Thomas Sowell

The next time somebody in the media denies that there is media bias, ask how they explain the fact that there are at least a hundred stories about the shrinking arctic ice cap for every one about the expanding antarctic ice cap, which has now grown to record size.

Obama's Pennsylvania organizer calls John McCain a Nazi

Check below for updates -
------------------------------------------------

During this election, Barack Hussein Obama has been forever apologizing for the conduct of his supporters. When he is not trying to explain away Reverend Jeremiah Wright, he is trying to convince voters that whoever displayed the Che Guevara poster/Cuban flag in his Texas headquarters was unauthorized so to do.

It is unfortunate that Obama's campaign somehow attracts so many supporters that are so out of control. It makes one wonder what his Supreme Court nominees will do. Or what "unauthorized" conduct President Hussein Obama will have to disavow on the part of his subordinates.

In Pennsylvania, Obama has something new to disavow. A key Obama local volunteer/supporter (Darnell L. Williams) operates a large mailing list, is privy to Obama's campaign communications (and frequently forwards them to his mailing list), solicits donations for Obama, instructs the faithful on how to obtain tickets to upcoming Obama events, helps organize attendance at local Obama events and solicits volunteers for registration drives and campaign efforts in Pennsylvania and neighboring Ohio.

Yesterday, Darnell Williams sent an e-mail to his ever growing mailing list announcing that the Nazi party did not die with Hitler:

So you all thought that Nazism were finished after World War II? No, only Hitler was finished, the party which was never outlawed out side Germany, moved on to infiltrate Western governments. They don't use that name any more. They just use other political parties to spread their agenda.

You might say, what is their agenda? World domination of resources. Control of the people around the world. One world government under the dictatorship of one political corporation.

President Bush is part of that movement. Below is the candidate for the next four years.

Williams' e-mail goes on to identify John McCain as the "Third Reich candidate" in 2008. Williams provides a link to a site with more information.

If you want to see a copy of the e-mail, write to Mr. Williams at wdarn44243aol.com and request a copy of the Bush/McCain Nazi e-mail from April 5, 2008.

This situation provides the best of both worlds for Obama. His surrogates create a frenzy among Obama's base by invoking images of Nazi Germany, while Obama can claim to be above the fray. Obama will continue to receive credit from the MSM/DNC for practicing a new style of politics and seeking "change" from the bitter fighting that has characterized Washington for years. But the bitterness will continue. Hitler will loom large over this election as Obama's supporters are fed a diet of deranged rantings. The MSM/DNC spin will mask this insanity with their bland, yet exciting message of "hope" and "change" on behalf of their newest surrogate.

Update
After checking through my e-mails for the weekend, I see that the same Obama organizer (Darnell Williams) sent an e-mail later in the day announcing that one could apply for the "Obama Organizing Fellowship" - an Obama campaign program that will become active this summer as the campaign wears on.

This morning, the same organizer sent more information on the Bush-Nazi connection (background - Darnell Williams refers to a local foundation he has operated since the 1980's):

The Bush family started a movement to set up a Nazi government in the United States back in the 1920s. Just like my foundation, they have a 100 year objective that is in it final stages of implementation. Be aware that your civil liberties and civil rights are not guaranteed. Just like Germany, you may find yourself at anytime under political attack for no reason at all.

Take a look at this vedio link below.

Darnell

Some subscribers thought it was extreme
of me to call John McCain, the Third Reich's
candidate for the White House.

I don't make the US/Third Reich
connection lightly.

We've already had a family of Nazi
sympathizers in the White House.

"Just like Germany, you may find yourself at anytime under political attack for no reason at all."

You don't say!

Khartoum; Charlton Heston; Mahdi; Laurence Olivier

While I have much to say on the death of Charlton Heston yesterday, this post will focus on what I consider to be his best movie.

Watching the video montages on network television this morning, I noted that little attention was paid to Heston's 1966 movie "Khartoum." The mini-bios focused mainly on Ben-Hur and the Ten Commandments.

For those that have never seen "Khartoum," buy or rent it. I won't provide a full review here, but the movie provides insight into Islam and the nature of the enemy that we face. The action takes place in the 1870's (generations before George W. Bush would illegally seize office, turn the entire Muslim world against the U.S. and destroy New Orleans with a hurricane). The most important part of the plot focuses on Laurence Olivier's portrayal of the "Mahdi" - the mythic Shia moslem figure that will one day appear and wreak vengeance ("justice") upon the non-moslem world.

Olivier's Mahdi

As the climax approached, Olivier's Mahdi discussed his plans with Heston's General Gordon. The Mahdi revealed his desire to wreak havoc throughout the mideast and beyond. The Mahdi's desire to sack, pillage and dominate Khartoum was only a stepping stone. It was truly chilling to hear the Mahdi discuss this as he guided General Gordon's hand into buckets of water containing the severed heads of Gordon's allies. [While the movie is as violent as any mid-1960's war movie, the movie is tastefully done and does not contain gore. It is far less violent than your average modern Jihadi beheading video from Al Jazeera.]

Any movie with a serious discussion of the concept of the Mahdi is worth seeing - especially in light of the influence that this concept holds over the Iranian government and its plans to use the nuclear arsenal that it now prepares to build.

For the moonbats who might be reading this, Khartoum is a city in Sudan. Sudan is the country that also contains Darfur - where muslims have killed millions of Christians in modern years. Darfur is the place that you want Bush to send our troops after they have been withdrawn from Iraq.

If nothing else, the movie should remind audiences that the trouble with Islam began long before the U.S. led coalition invaded Iraq.

Quote of the day - Ed Morrissey [Charlton Heston]

Hollywood turned its back on one of its biggest icons for the sin of becoming Republican and of supporting gun rights. Of course, while Hollywood rejected Heston for his stand on the 2nd Amendment, it churned out more and more films dedicated to mass shootings and indiscriminate violence. Heston couldn’t have fired more bullets in his entire lifetime than in a year of Hollywood movies.

Judge Marvin Arrington

I think we can make a pretty good guess as to who Barack Hussein Obama's first Supreme Court nominee will be. I wonder how long it will be before Arrington tries to kick the white people out of the Supreme Court.
