What is the plan? Al Qaeda/Iraq

Now that the Democrats have captured the House (and are using lawyers to try to seize the Senate) it is past time for them to tell us their plan for Iraq (and the rest of the War).

How do they plan to keep Al Qaeda from taking over Iraq?

Now that they hold power in Washington, including the power of the purse strings over the military, it is time for them tell us whether they will try to keep Iraq out of Al Qaeda's hands - and how.
